Success with STEM
CHCCS students are exploring science hands-on thanks to a PSF grant that provided over $60,000 in essential K–12 classroom supplies, including microscopes, probeware, and biology models. Teachers also received professional development to bring the new NC Science Standards to life, ensuring engaging, student-centered instruction that builds curiosity, critical thinking, and equitable access to STEM learning.
