New Horizons & Opportunities Scholarship
In recommending candidates for the New Horizons & Opportunities Scholarship, priorities shall be given to students who:

Plan to enter a Trade, a Technical Field or a Healthcare Field

Plan to attend a Technical School or Community College

Plan to obtain a Certificate or Associate’s degree
