Upper Elementary Chair for Excellence in Teaching Innovation

The Upper Elementary Chair was established as an endowed award to recognize outstanding, innovative teachers in grades 3–5 districtwide.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently teaches grades 3–5

  • Has three or more full years of teaching in CHCCS in their current position

  • Must not have previously received this Teaching Chair

  • Plans to remain in CHCCS for at least 2 more years

  • Presented on a two-year cycle
