This $1,000 one time scholarship will be given to one Chapel Hill High School graduating senior each year to honor the memory of Austin Rainey. The scholarship will be paid to the two or four year institution the recipient attends after high school. To be eligible, students must meet the following criteria:
- Senior in good standing at Chapel Hill High School
- Acceptance to a two or four year post secondary school
- Interest in pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy and/or Athletic Training
*While financial need is not a requirement for this scholarship, the committee may take financial circumstances into account in the event of a tie between equally qualified applicants. Applicants are encouraged to provide financial information if they would like it considered during the selection process.
