Teacher Conference Presenter Assistance

At PSF, we believe that excellent teachers ignite learning, and that every child deserves the best possible education. We also know that teacher salaries don’t always make it easy to pursue professional growth opportunities — especially when those opportunities involve travel.

That’s why PSF is proud to offer Teacher Conference Presenter Assistance, created to help school-based classroom teachers share their expertise and represent our district at professional conferences and seminars.

This assistance supports teachers who have been accepted as presenters at a conference. Eligible teachers may receive:

Up to $375 for conference and travel expenses to an in-state conference
Up to $750 for conference and travel expenses to an out-of-state conference
Funding for one day of substitute teacher pay per conference

Teachers may receive a maximum of $1,125 in total support per year. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Eligible teachers are reimbursed after the conference.

Eligibility: This opportunity is open only to school-based classroom teachers in CHCCS. Principals, assistant principals, and other school administrators are not eligible.

This form is for CHCCS school based classroom teachers to apply for assistance to offset expenses associated with presenting at a Conference.
