Zora Rashkis Chair for Promising New Elementary School Teacher

Created in 2021–22, this Chair recognizes beginning elementary teachers (PreK–5) who show exceptional promise.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Elementary teacher (PreK–5) with <3 years teaching experience

  • Must not have previously received this Teaching Chair

  • Plans to remain in CHCCS for at least 2 more years

  • Presented on a three-year cycle
